Paperwork to Start Consulting at Intel

Congratulations on being selected to provide consulting services to Intel. Your staffing firm is supplying these services as our subcontractor to Intel. Paperwork is required to be completed promptly so your immediate attention is needed.

1. Email the completed paperwork to Yurcor at support@clearpathpay.com or fax to 561-278-1568 within 24 hours of offer/acceptance. Preferred scanning specifications: black and white @ 200 dpi. All photo documents must be scanned so the picture is viewable. Support is available Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Pacific | 9 am - 6 pm Mountain | 10 am - 7 pm Central | 11 am - 8 pm Eastern.
2. Background check must be performed within 72 hours of offer.
3. Start instructions will be emailed to you a few days before your start date.
